Something about me? I don’t really do conventional. In fact, my path to this career as a couples and wedding photographer included exactly zero five-year plans and a generous amount of ‘we’ll see what happens.’
The truth is, I never had a clue what I wanted to do with my life. Not once. (Unless you count my very confident childhood bid for pop stardom. I was rock solid on that.)
What I have always known is that I love the way photographs make me feel. Even when I was flipping through my grandma’s old photo albums and blowing an entire vacation’s worth of film on a disposable camera at the ripe age of five, I knew there was something different about them.
It wasn’t just that they helped a girl out (hi, yes, it’s me) with her less-than-ideal memory.

It’s how a photograph lets you live something again. On purpose. As many times as you want, for as long as you want.
(If that’s not at least flirting with magic, I don’t know what is.)
Turns out, I’m a love story person, and I’m not mad about it

It wasn’t long after I got behind a (real) camera for that love of photographs to zero in on the most magical thing in the world: love stories.
(I mean, tell me what’s more of a privilege than getting a front row seat to the days people will talk about for the rest of their lives. You won’t.)
I am literally over the moon anytime I get to document a couple of bone-deep romantics doing what they do best— loving each other like they mean it.
& lucky for us, you are too!
If you take anything away from this lore, it’s that I’m the serendipitous sort.
You’re a romantic through and through. You can spot a moment worth chasing from a mile away, and you’re down for a good old-fashioned adventure any given day of the week.
Your willingness to say ‘yes,’ to laugh too loud (no such thing), to follow what feels good instead of what feels “expected” is exactly what gives me the space to document the cutie, organic moments that happen while you’re
too busy loving on each other to even notice I’m there.
It’s that carefree-meets-intentional dynamic that not only shows up on your wedding day, but shapes your entire experience with me.
And when you pair your serendipitous selves with my obsession with noticing? That’s when things get really good.

In case you’re curious what I’m like outside of making your love story my entire personality...
I will never make as good of a decision as I did the day I stopped dyeing my hair. I now have beachy waves, and I’m insufferably proud of them (and my five minute getting-ready time).
I have an irrational amount of confidence that I can cook just about anything. Will I Google half of the recipe? Maybe. Will it still taste elite? Also maybe.
I didn't choose the plant life; the plant life chose me. I’m simply answering a calling.
My love language may or may not be dinner and drinks. Boyfriend, the gals, family… I’m so there.
While I have exactly zero winter hobbies, summer me is unmatched: camping, going on hikes, playing pickleball with my friends, micro-gardening on my apartment balcony, you name it. If it involves sun and movement, I’m in.
